Bulimia

Besides this eating disorder causing serious health problems, bulimia can also cause acid erosion of teeth.  The frequent vomiting brings up acid from the stomach which ends up eroding the teeth (usually the inside, or lingual, surfaces).  Without treatment, this can eventually cause decay, tooth fracture, or even the collapse of one's bite.   Please seek professional psychological help if you have this disorder.  Your health is the most important thing that you have!
